This is a non-paid volunteer opportunity. You will be creating a work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages volunteer excellence.

This position is responsible for coordination of some fundraising events of Hands in the Community. Additionally, this position is responsible for implementation of the marketing and public relations plans. This position develops sponsorships with businesses, individuals and organizations interested in supporting our events and activities. This position will work in coordination on other projects as assigned with the Executive Director in attracting funding for organization.

We are looking for someone who will be handling incoming calls, sorting and receiving mail, greeting individuals who visit the office, making copies, handling some outgoing mail, and any other standard protocols that an office receptionist might be responsible for handling.

You will also be responsible for handling emails.
